These Terms apply to consultations and services provided by Sacred Spaces by Shivani.
By booking a service, you agree to these Terms together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Notice.
Our services
Sacred Spaces by Shivani provides services including Vastu consultation, Vedic astrology and Kundli readings, compatibility readings, numerology, Muhurat date selection, gemstone and crystal recommendations and related spiritual consultancy.
The exact scope, format, duration and price of a service will be stated on our website or agreed with you before booking.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted the booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and any requested materials in sufficient time for us to prepare for your consultation.
This may include birth details, floor plans, photographs, property information or details relating to the subject of the consultation.
Late or incomplete information may require the consultation to be rearranged.
Accuracy of information
Astrological and numerological analysis depends on the information supplied to us.
You are responsible for checking that dates, birth times, birth locations and other details are accurate.
We cannot be responsible for conclusions affected by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Online consultations
You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and environment for an online consultation.
If a significant technical problem on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, we will arrange another suitable time.
Property consultations
Prices shown for residential Vastu services assume a typical home unless stated otherwise.
Larger, unusual, multi-floor or commercial premises may require an individual quotation.
For in-person consultations, travel arrangements, location and any additional travel costs will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
You must have authority to permit access to any property that we are asked to visit.
Reports and recommendations
Where a service includes a written report, action summary or recommendations, these are prepared for the client who purchased the service.
They are not intended for commercial redistribution, resale or publication without permission.
Fees
Prices are those displayed or agreed at the time of booking.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you before an additional fee is charged.
Appointments
Please arrive or join on time.
If you are late, we may need to shorten the consultation so that later appointments are not affected.
Significant lateness may be treated as a missed appointment where it is no longer reasonably possible to provide the service.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Cancellations and changes are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights you have under UK law.
Intellectual property
Reports, written materials, methods, graphics and other original materials supplied by Sacred Spaces by Shivani remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
You may retain and use materials supplied to you for your own personal use.
Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
Subject to those rights, Sacred Spaces by Shivani is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of spiritual, astrological, numerological, Vastu, gemstone or crystal guidance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled by Sacred Spaces by Shivani.
Your statutory cancellation rights
Where you book a service online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you may have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Appointments within the 14-day cancellation period
If you ask us to begin providing a service during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly confirm that you would like the service to begin before that period has ended.
If you subsequently cancel after work has begun, the amount refundable may be reduced to reflect services already supplied, where permitted by law.
Where a service has been fully performed after you expressly requested that it begin during the cancellation period and acknowledged the effect this has on your cancellation right, your statutory right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed.
Our standard rescheduling policy
Outside any statutory rights that apply, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to change an appointment.
More than 48 hours before the appointment:
You may normally reschedule once without an administration charge.
Less than 48 hours before the appointment:
Rescheduling is subject to availability and we may retain or charge a reasonable amount to cover preparation already undertaken and time reserved for you.
Missed appointments:
If you do not attend an appointment and have not contacted us, the appointment may be treated as completed and the fee may not be refundable, subject always to your statutory rights.
We will consider genuine emergencies reasonably and individually.
Work completed before a consultation
Some services require substantial preparation before the appointment, including chart preparation, property review, floor-plan analysis, compatibility analysis or research.
Where you have requested that this work begin and then cancel, we may charge a reasonable amount for work already performed where permitted by law.
In-person Vastu visits
If non-refundable travel or other costs have been specifically agreed and incurred for your appointment, these may be deducted from any discretionary refund where legally permitted.
Any such costs will be explained before booking where reasonably possible.
If we need to cancel
If Sacred Spaces by Shivani has to cancel an appointment, you will be offered either:
- a suitable replacement appointment; or
- a refund of the amount paid for the service that we are unable to provide.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund has been issued.
